Week 3 was the last of our interdivision games for the early half of the season, and now we are into our conference games. With three teams not moving in our Power Rankings, teams are starting to settle in to their ranks. The teams near the bottom of our list can still turn it around for 2023 with some roster moves.

Week 4 is the start of our 4-week block of conference games, Heroes vs Legends (101 Conference) and Leaders vs Victors (280 Conference)

1. Cold Hearted Krispies ◄►

3-0 | 130.30 PPG

CHK turned it around this week and dropped the second highest score this week. The interesting thing was; the typical leaders of the team RB Derrick Henry and RB Rhamondre Stevenson combined for the lowest score on the team (2.00 & 6.70 points). The rest of the team posted impressive double-digit scores, which led to the an easy win. The 'next man up' mentality really proved it's importance this week, as RB Jerome Ford (replacement for RB Austin Ekeler) scored the highest out of all CHK RB's and WR Romeo Doubs (replacement for WR Diontae Johnson) scored the highest out of all CHK WR's. If CHK is outscored by SINCERE's Team or picks up a loss, we could see ST claiming the #1 spot next week.

Key Injuries: QB2 Jimmy Garoppolo (questionable, concussion protocol), RB Austin Ekeler (TBD, currently no timeline), WR Diontae Johnson (on IR, at least 2 more weeks)

2. SINCERE's Team (▲1)

2-1 | 151.50 PPG

For the second straight week of scoring the most points this week (164.62 points,) SINCERE's Team is making a case for being the strongest team in the league. The only thing that holds them back is the early season loss against #1 Cold Hearted Krispies. SINCERE's Team was led by a trio of current and past San Francisco 49ers: RB Christian McCaffrey (20.40 points), RB Raheem Mostert (41.70 points) and WR Deebo Samuel (22.10 points), resulting in another 100+ point victory of their opponent (164.62-64.40.)

Key Injuries: Deebo Samuel (questionable, DNP in practice Monday)

3. Shawn Brady (▼1)

3-0 | 116.10 PPG

Shawn Brady's off-season move of acquiring WR Tyreek Hill is paying off, as this is the third straight week Hill has provided the needed points to give SB a win. With RB Saquon Barkley sitting in week 3 (due to a week 2 injury and a short week), RB DeAndre Swift had to embrace the role of RB1, and he did so, as he scored for any RB in the Week 3 matchup against Julio Think You Are? I Am!. Shawn Brady is getting RB Alvin Kamara starting this week, so that should supplement the RB need until RB Saquon Barkley returns. We had to drop SB down one spot in our rankings as they could not break 100 points this week and this was the second straight week that SINCERE's Team has posted the most points in a week.

Key Injuries: RB Saquon Barkley (questionable)

4. Ronnie's Squad (▲3)

1-2 | 117.80 PPG

It's been a slow start for pre-season Leader's division favorite, Ronnie's Squad going 0-2 against Shawn Brady and Julio Think You Are? I Am!. In the last week of division play, Ronnie's Squad put up a strong performance, scoring fourth highest this week, against 21 Cabbage. For the third straight week, Ronnie's Squad's RB scored a combined 10-points. Three great performances of 15+ points from the WR core - Justin Jefferson 24.40 points, AJ Brown 17.60 points & Amon-Ra St. Brown 15.10 points, led the team to their first victory on the season.

Key Injuries: None

5. The 37th Chamber ◄►

2-1 | 108.30 PPG

The 37th Chamber was on their way to a 3rd straight win but fell 3.77 points short. The play of QB Justin Fields has been suspect to start the first three weeks of the 2023 campaign, and missed projection by 6 points causing a positional disadvantage of 8 points. This is the third straight week Fields has scored ~15 points or less. In other team news, 37C was hit with a huge blow to their WR core, as WR Mike Williams left Week 3 with a season-ending ACL injury. Luckily, 37C has WR Marvin Mims Jr. on their bench and is coming off of two 15+ point games.

Key Injuries: WR Mike Williams (season-ending ACL injury)

6. Horsedick boy'z (▲2)

2-1 | 100.30 PPG

HDB is creeping back up the power rankings with another great performance, scoring 5th highest this week. Two HDB players  scored 20+ points, QB Lamar Jackson and WR Ja'Marr Chase. This led the team in the effort to gain their second win on the season. With things trending up, HDB might be able to crack the Top 5 with another strong performance and a win this week. On paper, HDB has the roster to be a Top 5 ranked team, we just need to see the production it promises.

Key Injuries: RB JK Dobbins (IR out for season), WR Christian Watson (questionable), WR Jameson Williams (suspension)

7. ThatManAgain... (▲3)

2-1 | 98.80 PPG

ThatManAgain.... improves again for second straight week, scoring the 6th highest of any team. Even though TMA would have picked up a win against most of the league, production from several key players was concerning. RB Breece Hall for a second staight week, did not contribute as expected, only producing 3.20 points (proj. 9.87 points). TMA also decided to bench TE Kyle Pitts after last week's performance, but replacement TE Hayden Hurst did not instill any confidence in that choice, Hurst scored 1.60 points, Pitts scored 6.20 points. The two highlights to TMA's Week 3 were RB Zack Moss (21.50 points) and WR Davante Adams (35.70 points). For a second straight week, Zack Moss has scored 18+ points in his inhered role as Colts RB1. The big roster decision will come in Week 5 when RB Jonathan Taylor becomes eligible.

Key Injuries: RB Jonathan Taylor (on PUP for 1 more week), WR Zay Jones None (questionable), WR Jonathan Mingo (quesitonable, concussion protocol)

8. Team_MAGA (▲4)

2-1 | 105.80 PPG

If we told you in the preseason that Team_MAGA would be one of the best performing teams through 3 weeks, I think you would think we were crazy. With solid players at each of the three positions QB Justin Herbert, RB Miles Sanders and WR Amari Coooper, TM has turned in some very respectable weeks averaging the 6th most points per game. TM also hasn't been hit with any major injury yet, so if they can keep up this steady dose of points, TM is looking to be a playoff-bound team.

Key Injuries: RB David Montgomery (questionable, limited at practice), WR Odell Beckham Jr. (questionable, limited at practice)

9. SexySandwich (▼5)

2-1 | 103.20 PPG

This week was not good for SexySandwich, scoring third lowest of all of the SBHL teams. Pedistrian performances at every position and a goose egg by WR Darnell Mooney, led to a 77.84 point team effort. With a loss to Team_MAGA and no real replacement to RB Nick Chubb, we had to drop SS down to #9.

Key Injuries: RB Nick Chubb (season-ending), WR Brandon Aiyuk (questionable)

10. Subject to Change  (▼1)

1-2 | 98.50 PPG

Two straight losses equals dropping down to #10 for our defending champs. Dropping a game by 0.30 points to JonLegends doesn't help the ol' power ranking either, but the concerning part is STC's lineup looking forward. The bench of STC is looking sparse in terms of players that can be plugged in to their starting lineup. WR Allen Robinson II has not done much with his elevated role in PIT with the WRDiontae Johnson out, WR Hunter Renfrow has not reprised the role he's had for the Raiders the last few years and 1st round pick TE Michael Mayer only scoring a 2-PT conversion reception, STC really does not have any option to switch up the starting lineup.

Key Injuries: None

11. Julio Think You Are? I Am! (▼5)

2-1 | 90.00 PPG

Julio Think You Are? I Am! dropped a game that they should have probably won against Shawn Brady. It wasn't with out the possibility of a win, JTYAIA had 49.30 points sitting on the bench produced by one player, rookie RB De'Von Achane, but other rookie RB Kendre Miller was started in his place. Luckily JTAYIA will only be without their stars for (a best case scenario) 1 more week, just as they are scheduled to face #2 SINCERE's Team and #1 Cold Hearted Krispies.

Key Injuries: QB Kyler Murray (on IR for another week), RB Aaron Jones (Questionable), WR Cooper Kupp (on IR for another week), WR Noah Brown (IR out for 4 weeks)

12. JonLegends (▲2)

1-2 | 90.50 PPG

JonLegends entered the win-column much earlier than they did last year, scoring 8th best in Week 2. JonLegends exceeded projection by 23 points, which resulted in a win over defending champions Subject to Change. If JL can put up more these games, they might secure some more wins and be the first of the expansion teams to find their way in to the playoff race as early as late this season.

Key Injuries: None

13. The Gold Standard (▼2)

1-2 | 84.70 PPG

Scoring the least amount of points in the league won't help TGS make a case as to being in the top 12. With 2 out-of-character zero spots, WR Jaylen Waddle and WR Josh Reynolds, TGS couldn't break 65 points. The upside to this team is the QB room. Performances by 3 young quarterbacks (Brock Purdy, Tua Tagovailoa and CJ Stroud) is promising, as TGS might be able to recuperate some value by unloading one of the extra QBs.

Key Injuries: QB C.J. Stroud (questionable, limited at practice), WR Jaylen Waddle (questionable, concussion protocol)

14. Untouchables (▼1)

0-3 | 89.60 PPG

Again Untouchables faced one of the strongest teams in the league, so there wasn't much to be done to salvage a win. This was the first time rookie QB Anthony Richardson was out due to injury. Another week WR Keenan Allen popped off, but to no avail. Untouchables have several young players with lots of potential but without solid performances, the week to week scores could be all over the place. So until we see some consistency we have to rank UTCH at #14.

Key Injuries: QB Anthony Richardson (questionable, concussion protocol), WR Rashod Bateman (questionable)

15. I'll Fuck Your Dad ◄►

0-3 | 82.30 PPG

A solid performance by I'll Fuck Your Dad, as they scored 9th highest this week and would have won against 5 different opponents. If IFYD would have started the right players, they would have broken 100 points, but two 0-spots kept them in the double digits.

Key Injuries: QB Aaron Rodgers (season ending), RB Chase Edmonds (IR, out for 3 weeks), RB Justice Hill (questionable, turf toe, DNP in practice)

16. 21 Cabbage ◄►

0-3 | 69.20 PPG

For the third straight week, 21 Cabbage has improved on the week before. Another week that 21C will have a tough opponent, with SINCERE's Team up next 21C is again an underdog with an 18% chance of winning. QB Bryce Young is still out, but with an injury to LAC WR Mike Williams, 21C rookie WR Quentin Johnston should look at an uptick of production.

Key Injuries: QB Bryce Young (doubtful, DNP in practice), RB Boston Scott (questionable, concussion protocol needs to be cleared)
